  4. We've placed important information about Publisher in a
  5. Help file named README.HLP located on this disk.
  6.  
  7. To access this file:
  8. 1)  Go to the Windows Program Manager.
  9. 2)  From the File menu, choose Run.
  10.     Windows displays the Run dialog box.
  11. 3)  In the Command Line box, type WINHELP.EXE A:\README.HLP,
  12.     where A: is the drive from which you are installing.
  13. 4)  Choose OK.
  14.     Windows displays Publisher's Read Me Help file.
